The end of the year was an opportunity for online Lublin Medicine Cluster and Latvian Health Tourism Cluster (Riga, Latvia) management meeting.
Clusters entered into partnerships in 2016. Both were also official partners in ProVaHealth project – Product Validation in Health, co-financed by the EU Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme. The implementation of the project has been finalized in March 2020.
Both clusters have a similar members structure (including public administration, companies, public and private clinics and universities) which makes it possible to design joint projects. Both of clusters and their members.
The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss trends in health and medical inbound tourism. Quality and safety of service processes, new trends in marketing and communication, in insurance and digitalisation (e.g. telemedicine) has been among main topics.
The next online Clusters meeting has been scheduled for February this year.
