On 14 June 2024, a ceremony was held to summarise the implementation of the Multi-Annual Programme carried out from 2016 to 2023, titled “Reconstruction and Expansion of the Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the Medical University of Lublin.” The event also marked the opening of the final building completed as part of this major healthcare investment in Lublin and the region, located at 16 Staszica Street.
Representatives of government authorities, local government, parliamentarians, and representatives of key institutions in the healthcare sector attended the ceremony at the invitation of the authorities of the Medical University of Lublin (the investor and executor of the programme) and the Management of the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin.
The participants expressed their heartfelt appreciation and congratulations to the ceremony hosts. We would also like to extend our congratulations once again to the Rector of the Medical University of Lublin, Prof. dr. hab. n. med. Wojciech Załuska, and the Director of University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin, dr. Beata Gawelska, a member of the management board of the Lublin Medicine Cluster, as well as to all the staff of the Medical University and the Hospital involved in the project.
